Traditional Yoga Classes
In this traditional 60 minute Hatha Yoga class you will practice and learn not only a variety of yoga poses but also use breathing techniques to guide your practice.
Yoga poses (asanas) and breathing (pranayama) will come together to build a strong connection and awareness of mind, body and soul. Gain physical strength, improve your flexibility, better your athletic performance, calm your nervous system, improve your quality of life and much more.

Yoga & Sound Classes
In this 60-minute Yoga class, you will be guided through a variety of yoga poses, with breathing techniques used to support and ease your practice. The class fi nishes with a deep, relaxing sound experience. Through mindful yoga movement, breath, and meditation, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with your mind, body and soul. This class builds strength and fl exibility while nourishing your nervous system and wellbeing.
