Portugal 2026 Retreat

Terms & Conditions:

 

 1) The Retreat rate you are paying includes the following: 

​

• Accommodation: 5 nights and 6 days stay at Quinta Marugo, Portugal. 

• Meals: All meals during your stay.

• ⁠Daily Yoga.

• Daily Mindfulness Practices: Meditation, breathwork, walks within Quinta Marugo.

• One to one yoga with Marleni.

 

2)  The Retreat fee does not include:

​

• ⁠Flights

• ⁠Airport transfers 

• ⁠Visa to Portugal (if needed)

• ⁠Travel insurance

• ⁠Any additional activities as per itinerary

• ⁠Any additional expenses incurred by you during your stay.

3) Your initial 40% deposit is none refundable, to be paid by end of February 2026. Reminding 60% to be paid by end of July 2026.

4) Instalment payments are available to you, please message me directly to discuss this. To secure an instalment payment plan: your none refundable 40% must be paid in advance.

5) Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer or International Bank Transfer. Any Bank transfer/exchange rate charges will be borne by you. 

​

6) Please note that a refund or discount will not be possible for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. There is no partial reimbursement if you choose to opt out of any part of the retreat programme.

7) If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the refundable 60% of the fee will be refunded as the following terms and conditions:

​

• Cancelling three months or more before the retreat you will receive a full refund of the 60% refundable fee. 

• ⁠Cancelling two months prior to the start of the retreat, you will receive 40% of your 60% refundable fee. 

• One month or less prior to the start of the retreat, no refund will be given. You may however, transfer your spot, please let us know so we can adjust. 

 

Although we would like to compensate participants for unforeseen circumstances (such as injury or family emergencies), this retreat requires firm financial commitments to the retreat center and our suppliers. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to make any exceptions to the cancellation policy.

 

As a reminder, we strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance that covers unforeseen or unplanned cancellations.

 

8) In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by us, you will be entitled to a full refund of any payments you have made in advance. However, we are unable to reimburse airfare or other travel-related expenses. We therefore strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect against illness, emergencies, or unexpected changes in your circumstances.

 

9) At the retreat, you will be offered a range of movement practices that can be adapted to suit your individual level of fitness and physical ability. You are fully responsible for listening to your body and ensuring that your practice remains within your personal limits of comfort and capability.

Yoga and mindful movement are non-competitive practices, and honoring your body’s signals and current capacity is essential. Please practice with care and awareness. We cannot accept responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of exceeding your physical limits.
