Yoga & Sound Classes
In this 60-minute Yoga class, you will be guided through a variety of yoga poses, with breathing techniques used to support and ease your practice. The class fi nishes with a deep, relaxing sound experience. Through mindful yoga movement, breath, and meditation, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with your mind, body and soul. This class builds strength and fl exibility while nourishing your nervous system and wellbeing.
