Chair Yoga brings all the benefits of traditional yoga in a safe, supportive way. You’ll stretch, breathe deeply, and build strength at your own pace - all in a friendly and inclusive environment.

A 45-minute class designed to boost your balance, strength, and mobility while nurturing both body and mind.
